I swear, PMs and Developers CAN Actually Like Each Other

After working as a product manager for years, I taught myself how to code and became a developer. Suddenly, I realized how many misunderstandings between developers and product managers come from one simple thing: not truly understanding how the other side works. In this fun and fast-paced lightning talk, I’ll take a seemingly tiny task (“add a CSV download button”) and show how it looks from both sides - how complex it is to implement, and how it’s only the beginning for the PM. I’ll argue that even a few hours of mutual onboarding between devs and PMs can prevent weeks of frustration. You’ll laugh, maybe cringe, and definitely walk away with more empathy for your colleagues.
