She has led the design and deployment of complex, distributed systems across multiple domains, from customer engagement platforms to internal developer tools, always with a focus on scale, reliability, and maintainability. Known for blending deep technical expertise with a human-centric approach, Hila is passionate about building high-performing teams, empowering engineers, and shaping engineering culture. At One Zero, she defined and built the company’s guild system (Backend, Mobile, QA, Knowledge) and leads the Knowledge Guild to promote continuous learning. She also pioneered onboarding programs used by multiple companies to accelerate developer integration and engagement. A lifelong learner, mentor, and community advocate, Hila combines curiosity, clarity, and people-focus to drive impact at both the code and culture levels.
