Moran Weber is the CEO & Founder of Women on Stage, a community-based public speaking training platform. Formerly a Tech Lead at Wix, Moran has over 10 years of experience in software development and holds an MA in Social Psychology, along with a BSc in Computer Science and Psychology from Tel Aviv University. A former software engineer who struggled with severe stage fright and impostor syndrome, Moran overcame her fears by stepping onto countless stages and organizing dozens of tech events. Along the way, she discovered the power of sharing our voice and turned it into a mission—driven by her belief that everyone has a story worth telling. To date, she has trained hundreds of tech professionals to move from “I don’t have anything to say” to delivering engaging, impactful tech talks that confidently highlight their unique voice and experience. With a rare combination of technical expertise and psychological insight, Moran helps developers build communities and turn complex ideas into compelling stories.
