Oren Karmi is a fraud and abuse prevention consultant specializing in protecting LLM-based services. He currently advises Base44 (vibe-coding service) on implementing risk controls and developing frameworks to address unique LLM challenges. Oren has extensive experience in both corporates (Meta, Intuit) and startups (Fundbox) across many risk domains (fintech, crypto, content moderation and more). Passionate about fraud, he founded Fraud Fighters IL – a Meetup group for fraud prevention professionals in Israel. The group's goal is to enrich its members' knowledge of the fraud field through the sharing of fraud perspectives from their respective domains.
